Overview
The Monitoring section provides a real-time overview of delivery health, player activity, and inventory utilization across your network. From this dashboard, you can track key performance indicators such as play rate, occupancy, request activity, and player reporting issues, all within a configurable time frame. Automatic and manual refresh options ensure that the data stays up to date, while visual indicators help you quickly identify potential delivery gaps or technical issues. With built-in CSV export options, the Monitoring section also supports deeper analysis, troubleshooting, and collaboration between operational and support teams.

Reporting Sections
1. Play Rate
The Play Rate represents the percentage of ad plays in relation to the total number of winning bids.
2. Occupancy
Occupancy indicates the ratio of winning bids to total ad requests.
- Lower occupancy means more placeholders are being displayed, signaling unused inventory capacity.
3. Request Activity
Request Activity shows the percentage of active players that are generating ad requests compared to the total number of active players.
- Ideally, this rate should be 100%.
- Note: Closed players do not generate ad requests and will appear in this calculation.
4. Players with Reporting Issues
This section lists players currently experiencing reporting-related problems.
Players are categorized by Name, Network, and Issue Type.
You can also filter issues by priority using the color-coded buttons:
- Red – High Priority
- Orange – Medium Priority
- Yellow – Low Priority
CSV Export
To enhance data accessibility and support efficient troubleshooting, you can now export this table as a CSV file.
This enables quick external review, deeper analysis, and smoother collaboration between support and operations teams.
5. Active Players Without Ad Requests
This section displays all active players that are currently not generating ad requests, including their Name, Site, and Network.
A green counter at the top shows the total number of players in your inventory that did not produce ad requests.
CSV Export
For easier monitoring and operational review, this table also supports CSV export.
This allows teams to extract the data for further analysis, reporting, or troubleshooting workflows.
