Overview
Campaigns are used to manage and deliver advertising content across your inventory. Each campaign contains one or more line items, which define where, when, and how your creatives are delivered, including pricing, targeting, and distribution logic.
This article explains how to create a campaign, add a line item, upload creatives, and configure distribution settings.
Creating a New Campaign
Accessing Campaigns
Navigate to Campaigns from the main menu.
This opens the Campaigns overview, where you can view and manage all existing campaigns.
Creating a Campaign
Click NEW to start creating a campaign.
A new window will open where you can enter the campaign details.
Basic Campaign Information
Complete the following fields:
Campaign Name – Enter a clear and descriptive name for your campaign.
Type – Select the campaign type: Concession, Host, Pilot, or Sales.
Objective – Choose the campaign objective: Barter, Free, or Paid.
Advertiser – Select an existing advertiser from the list.
If the advertiser does not yet exist, click the “+” icon to create a new one directly from this screen.
Adding a New Advertiser
When creating a new advertiser:
Fill in all required fields.
Click SAVE.
A confirmation popup will appear once the advertiser has been successfully created.
TIP: Remember that creatives are linked to advertisers
Campaign Status
Use the toggle to set the campaign status:
Active – The campaign is enabled.
Inactive – The campaign is paused.
Once all required fields are completed, click SAVE.
A success popup will confirm that your campaign has been created. You will then be redirected to the Campaign Overview.
Campaign Overview
The campaign overview displays the basic campaign information and guides you to the next step: creating a line item.
Note: To view and export a list of campaigns, apply the desired filters and then click Export CSV.
A CSV file will be generated containing the following details:
Campaign name
Campaign type
Campaign objective
Advertiser
Campaign start and end dates
Line item name
Line item start and end dates
Budget reached
Budget goal (total)
CPM
Impressions reached
Impressions goal (total)
Distribution model
Frequency
Playouts
Screen playouts
Campaign status (Active: TRUE or FALSE)
