How to target Players (Screens) in Campaign - Line item

Overview

When setting up campaigns, you can now target a large number of players or sites more efficiently. Instead of selecting them one by one, MyAdBooker allows you to upload an Excel file directly at the line item level, enabling quick and accurate bulk targeting.

 

How It Works

You can upload a list of players using an .XLSX file directly from the campaign interface. Template format is provided right next to the upload button in the targeting step, you only need to fill the PlayerIDs of screens you want to target.

To upload your list:

1. Go to Campaigns → Line Items → Targeting
    
2. Click the Upload .XLSX button.
    
3. Download the template provided next to the upload button.
    
4. Fill in your player IDs or site numbers in the template.
    

5. Upload the completed file back into MAB.

Validation

• Once you upload the file, MAB automatically validates the data.
   
• A summary modal appears showing:
   
  • ✅ Matched players (found and selectable)
     
  • ⚠️ Not found / Not selectable entries
     
• All matched players/screens are then automatically selected in the UI.
