How do I create a new deal?
Navigate to π Deals from the main menu.
Click β Create New Deal.

Complete the Basic Info section:
Deal Name
Currency
DSP
Date Period
Description and Terms (optional)

Click NEXT to continue through:
Scheduling
Auction
Targeting
Triggers
Click SAVE to finalize the deal.
A confirmation message appears once the deal is successfully created.
Should I leave the Slot ID empty?
In the Slot ID field, you can specify the slot in the loop you want the deal to target.
Leave it blank to apply the deal to all slots (recommended in most cases).
Only applicable for QuantumLoop CMS users.
Are there rules for the Deal Name?
Deal Name should avoid special characters like
-,_, or symbols.Use a clear, descriptive name related to your campaign or product.
System-generated Deal IDs are still unique identifiers even if you override the name (except for some DSPs).
Can I override the Deal ID?
Yes, you may override the Deal ID with the Deal Name except for specific DSPs.

You must use the system-generated Deal ID.
Do not override it with the deal name.
Avoid special characters in the deal name.

Other DSPs:
Overriding the Deal ID is supported.
Always share the exact Deal ID with the agency or DSP to ensure proper matching.

You can choose between:
Fixed Price β Billed price equals the deal price
First Price β Billed price equals the bid price
Floating CPM β Dynamic pricing based on screen occupancy
How do I edit or delete an existing deal?
Go to π Deals.
Use the search bar to find the deal.
Click EDIT to modify or π DELETE to remove it.
Save changes to apply updates.

How does Floating CPM work?
When a bid request is sent:
MyAdBooker checks the screenβs current occupancy
The system applies the corresponding CPM floor automatically
First-price auction logic still applies β higher bids can win regardless of the floor
Pricing updates happen in real time per screen.
How do I create a Floating CPM deal?
While creating or editing a deal:
Go to Auction Settings
Select Floating CPM

Min. Occupancy (%)
Max. Occupancy (%)
Step (%) (1β50%)
Min. Floor (β¬)
Max. Floor (β¬)

Review the pricing graph:
X-axis: Occupancy (%)
Y-axis: Floor price (β¬)
Save the deal
Once saved, pricing will automatically adjust based on occupancy.
What validation rules apply to Floating CPM?
Min Occupancy must be lower than Max Occupancy
Step must be between 1% and 50%
Prices are shown with two decimal places
Invalid values must be corrected before saving.
