Overview
The Calculator helps you estimate campaign delivery based on budget, CPM, targeting, scheduling, and creative parameters. It allows you to validate campaign assumptions before setup and ensures realistic pacing and delivery expectations.
You can create calculations based on either CPM or Campaign Budget, and optionally convert the results into draft line items.
Accessing the Calculator
Navigate to Calculations from the main menu.
This opens the Calculations overview, where you can create and manage your calculations.
Creating a New Calculation
Click New Calculation to start.
The calculator opens with four sections:
Basic
Scheduling
Targeting
Result
Basic Section
In this step, select the calculation type and enter the required inputs.
Calculation Types
You can choose between:
CPM – Calculates delivery based on cost per thousand impressions
Campaign Budget – Calculates delivery based on the total campaign budget
Once a calculation type is selected, the corresponding input fields will appear.
Campaign Budget Calculation
Provide the following details:
Campaign Budget – Total budget allocated for the campaign
Creative Duration – Length of the creative in seconds
Frequency – Number of playouts per hour (up to two decimals; use a dot as the decimal separator)
Playouts per Hour – Target number of playouts per hour
Date Range – Campaign start and end dates
CPM Calculation
Provide the following details:
CPM – Cost per thousand impressions
Creative Duration – Length of the creative in seconds
Frequency – Number of playouts per hour (up to two decimals; use a dot as the decimal separator)
Playouts per Hour – Target number of playouts per hour
Date Range – Campaign start and end dates
Once all required fields are completed, click Next.
Scheduling Section
In this section, define the days and times that should be included in the calculation.
Select specific days of the week to adjust their schedules
Set custom time ranges for each day
Close a day entirely if it should not be considered
When your schedule is configured, click Save, then Next.
Targeting Section
Here, select the sites to be included in the calculation.
You can also use “Add All” or “Clear All” to manage your selections, or you can also use the “CSV Export” button in order to download the already existing targeted players for an overview, or “Upload XLSX” button, for Bulk upload of a players.

Once all desired sites are selected, click Next.
Result Section
A summary modal will appear, allowing you to choose how results are grouped:
By Site
By Network
After selecting a grouping option, the calculated results will be displayed based on your inputs.
Exporting and Saving Results
From the results view, you can:
Save the calculation
Reset the calculation
Export to Excel
Export to CSV
Save as Line Item Draft
Saving Results as a Line Item Draft
If you choose Save as Line Item Draft, a setup window will appear.
Here, you can:
Add the line item to an existing campaign, or
Create a new campaign by entering a campaign name (the campaign will be created automatically)
Configure the following:
Campaign Type – Select the appropriate campaign type(CONCESSION, HOUSE, PILOT, SALES)
Objective – Choose the campaign objective(BARTER, FREE, PAID)
Advertiser – Select the advertiser for which the line items will run
Active Toggle – Enable or disable the line items
Click Save to finalize.
The line items will be created as drafts within the selected campaign and can be reviewed or edited before activation.
