Where can I approve or reject creatives?
You can manage creative approvals by navigating to the Approval menu. This section displays all creatives submitted for review, allowing you to approve or reject them before delivery.
Why do I only see creatives with a “Pending” status?
By default, the Creative Approval menu shows creatives that are awaiting review. You can view Approved or Rejected creatives by adjusting the Status filter.
Can I change the status of a creative after it has been approved or rejected?
Yes. You can update the status of an already approved or rejected creative by clicking the Edit button and selecting a new status.
Why can’t I see a creative in the Creative Approval section even though bidding has started?
If the bidding process has begun but the creative is not visible in the Creative Approval menu, please check the following:
Ensure that the campaign on the DSP side is active and fully configured
Verify that all campaign parameters on the DSP side are correctly set
Confirm that the DSP is using the correct full Deal ID
If any of these elements are misconfigured, the creative may not be submitted for approval.
Can I search for a specific creative?
Yes. You can search and filter creatives using the following criteria:
Creative name
Advertiser
Dates
DSP
Status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
What happens after I approve a creative?
Once approved, the creative becomes eligible for delivery within active line items, assuming all campaign, targeting, and distribution settings are correctly configured.
What happens if I reject a creative?
Rejected creatives will not be eligible for delivery. The DSP or advertiser must submit a corrected or new creative for approval.
