Can I create a campaign without an advertiser?
No. Every campaign must be linked to an advertiser. Advertisers provide the organizational context for campaigns and creatives.

How do I add a new advertiser?
Navigate to Advertisers → New Advertiser, fill in the required fields (name, contact, agency, email, etc.), and click Save. A confirmation popup will indicate the advertiser was successfully added.

How do I find a specific advertiser?
Use the search bar to filter by advertiser name, or use filters for Active or Inactive status. You can also sort advertisers alphabetically by name, city, or country.

Can I link multiple creatives to a single advertiser?
Yes. Creatives are assigned to an advertiser during upload. You can have multiple creatives under the same advertiser for use in different campaigns.

What happens if an advertiser is inactive?
Campaigns linked to inactive advertisers cannot be activated until the advertiser is set back to active. Always verify advertiser status when setting up campaigns.
