Bulk Upload

Overview

The Bulk Upload functionality allows you to manage large amounts of inventory data efficiently. You can now upload new players, sites, and multipliers, or update existing inventory, using a redesigned and intuitive interface.

This feature is ideal for administrators and integrators who need to maintain accurate inventory data at scale.

Accessing the Bulk Upload Interface

1. Navigate to Inventory in the main menu.

2. Select Bulk Upload from the dropdown.

The page provides dedicated sections for uploading new inventory and updating existing data.

Upload New Inventory

Click on the Start Upload button in order to start the bulk upload process. 

• Use the intuitive drag-and-drop interface to import Excel files.

• Select the appropriate upload type (Sites, Players, or Multipliers).

• The system supports flexible column mapping, allowing you to match your file columns with the fields required by MyAdBooker.

Update Existing Inventory

• Choose the update option to modify existing inventory data in bulk.

• Validation checks ensure that uploaded data is accurate and complete before submission.

Player Multipliers

You can now upload multiple files containing player multipliers, which will be systematically assigned at the player level. This simplifies management of traffic adjustments and audience modeling across your inventory.

Templates

For convenience, downloadable templates are available for:

• Sites

• Players

• Multipliers

Tip: Templates are optional but recommended to ensure proper formatting and reduce upload errors.

Data Validation

During the upload process, the system will automatically validate your data. Any errors will be highlighted so you can correct them before completing the upload.
